How it works

Search your contact

Find anyone by name, phone, email, or User ID - or send directly to any phone number without needing a contact record.

Pick your channel and template

Choose WhatsApp or SMS, browse your approved templates, and filter by Marketing or Utility.

Personalize and send

Fill in variables manually or pull from CRM properties, preview the message, and send. A new Intercom conversation is created automatically if one doesn't exist.

Check the box to automatically open a new Intercom conversation right after sending. (New conversations only created if one doesn't already exist).
